Chocolate Chip Cookies Perfected!!!!

Steph has been perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe for over a decade, probably over 15 years (no kidding). She recently made some important new tweaks that have taken these morsels to new heights (take my word for it). She is pretty scientific about it; she understands what ingredients do what to the baking process. It's sorta like chemistry, I guess. I've seen her look at recipes and describe aspects of the recipes that aren't quite right and what effect the differences will have. But I must take credit personally for one final tweak she may incorporate that is depicted in these pictures. They're sorta time-lapse...we're getting high tech up in here.
