Arctic Blast

Yeah, so I'm sitting here in my long johns. That's right, full length, one piece long johns. Haven't showered and haven't had to do much of anything except for playing in the snow with my girls. That was a blast! We had to bribe Sophie back into the house with Snoopy hot cocoa and fresh baked cookies. AND, Steph and I got to see the new Bond over the weekend. (Auntie Val came to babysit.) AND finals are over. AND, Steph has a snow day away from work, and she just happened to do all the laundry and cleaning Friday night. Something about not wanting to think about it again for the rest of the weekend. Hallelujah. So we have a clean house, food in the cupboards, and a couple of giddy little girls. Seriously, we're thinking this has just surpassed Thanksgiving vacation and is quickly climbing the ranks for all-time vacation awesomeness. Ok, so maybe that means we're lame, but sometimes good old fashioned rest and relaxation can't be beat, right?
